Our commitment
We want every landlord, letting agent and tenant to be able to use PropertyManager360, whatever tools they browse with. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the software and this site.
How we test
- Automated audits. We run axe-core (WCAG 2.0/2.1/2.2 A and AA rule sets) against the application's key journeys — sign-in, the main dashboard, property management, tax and Making Tax Digital flows, and account settings. The most recent audit (19 August 2026) found no violations on these journeys after remediation.
- Accessible components by default. The application is built on components with keyboard and screen-reader semantics built in: labelled form fields, dialogs that trap and restore focus, switches and progress bars with ARIA roles and names.
- Manual checks. We test core journeys for keyboard-only operation as part of ongoing development, and we continue to expand manual assistive-technology testing.
Known limitations
We are not aware of any WCAG 2.2 AA failures on the application's core journeys at the date of the last audit. Some less-frequently used screens and PDF documents generated by the service have not yet been individually audited; we are working through these. If you find a problem we have missed, please tell us.
Report an accessibility problem
If any part of PropertyManager360 is difficult to use with your browser, keyboard or assistive technology, email hello@propmgr360.com with the page and the problem you encountered. We aim to respond within 5 working days, and accessibility fixes are prioritised alongside security issues.
About this statement
This statement was prepared on 19 August 2026 and reflects the most recent accessibility audit of the service. We review it whenever the application's interface changes materially, and at least annually.
